We’ve just enjoyed a Breathwork Workshop using Yoga, Rebirthing Breathwork and Meditation together with the cosmic energy of the Lions Gate on Saturday August 8, 2026.
Rebirthing Breathwork is defined as: “merging the outer breath, which is air, with the inner breath, which is Spirit”.
It is a pathway to change and transformation.
Adding to the power of the Breathwork, the timing of the workshop coincided with the astrological event called the Lions Gate Portal.
This is when the Sun reaches 15° Leo, the energetic midpoint of the sign.
The lion archetype represents courage, sovereignty, leadership, and authentic self-expression.
For those who work with energy, this is a portal where the veil between dimensions is thin and your intuition is heightened, allowing you to see beyond the ordinary. You may have noticed synchronicities, vivid dreams and this was the perfect opportunity to set intentions, meditate, and breathe your goals into reality.
The date August 8, 2026 is triple-8 Portal Numerology: The number eight is one of the most potent master numbers in numerology, carrying the energy of manifestation, abundance, material prosperity, power, authority and leadership. It represents the eternal flow of creation, karmic balance, and infinite cycles.
