The Rotary / Men’s Shed Tamborine Mountain Car Show is gearing up for another exciting year.
Last year’s event was a great success with more than 2000 visitors and over 150 Show cars on display Tamborine Mountain will come alive with all sorts of cars on the mountain for this year’s Car and Bike Show. Please jump online and register your show vehicle now while there are still places available.
The Tamborine Mountain Car show is shaping up to be one of the most popular automobile attractions in South-East Queensland.
The event will have several distinct categories on display: Antique, Vintage, Classic, Custom and Muscle Cars, Electric Cars as well as Bikes.
In addition, there will be market stalls and food & beverage vans making it a perfect family day out.
Thanks to the support of local sponsors, there is a substantial price pool of $2,500 for show vehicles along with trophies for the following categories: People’s choice and runner up, Antique/Vintage/Classic, Custom/Muscle/Hot rod and Bikes.
The People’s Choice voting allows attendees to participate with a chance to win prices by voting for their favourite vehicle.
Last but not least there will be a raffle with highly priced gifts to the value of $2,600
The grounds at the Sports Centre have an asphalt hardstand for most of the Show vehicles and will open at 6.45am for show cars and bikes. Public’s access starts from 8am . The car show is expected to wrap up just after the award presentations at 12.30pm.
Entry details
-Display car and bike entrance fee are only $5 per vehicle which also includes the driver or rider.
– Public entry is $10 per adult, with children 16 years and younger free. Pay cash or EFTPOS on entry on the day. Free Public car parking will be available on the grounds.
-Bookings for entering display cars and bikes can only be made via EventBrite.com.au using the QR code in the accompanying advertisement
This will help us to organise the car types/clubs into their categories prior to the event.
