Roadworks to take three months

Roadworks to take three months

SAFETY improvements on Tamborine Mountain Road between Cedar Creek Falls Road and Brahman Road will commence late May 2025 and continue for three months.

The safety improvements include asphalt works, rub rail installation, road widening and shoulder works, guard post installation, line marking and sign installation.

Work hours are scheduled for Monday to Friday from 6am to 6pm, with weekend and night works undertaken as required.

The changed traffic conditions during construction include reduced speed limits, lane closures and stop/slow traffic control.

The Department of Transport and Main Roads said impacts will be minimised where possible.

Motorists may experience traffic delays throughout these works and should allow for extra travel time.
