EAGLES U12s FLYING HIGH IN 2025 AFTER ADVANCING TO HIGHER DIVISION
Our U12s Boys continue to demonstrate their exciting football on Tamborine Mountain after an excellent start to the 2025 season.
The boys competing in the Quokkas division in 2024 before advancing to the Wallabies competition this season after their vibrant performances.
With an exciting group of talented young footballers, our U12s continue to show their class against tough opponents on the Gold Coast.
They started their season with a great performance against Coomera Red, before a lengthy period of wet weather halted their season.
After a few weeks without action, the boys returned to the field against Pimpama Blue, playing their first game of the season on Tamborine Mountain.
Back-to-back games in May saw our U12s Boys take a hard-fought loss against Ormeau in a physical battle, before bouncing back the following day with a massive comeback victory over Pimpama White at home!
The boys ended the month with a great performance against Ormeau at home before starting June with a convincing collective display against Pimpama White.
With great teamwork and enthusiasm, the boys have gone from strength to strength this season!
SENIOR MEN CONTINUE TO DOMINATE AS THEY EXTEND LEAD AT THE TOP OF THE LEAGUE
Our Eagles Senior Men remain undefeated after a blistering streak of performances.
Seven consecutive wins since April and four consecutive cleansheets showcase the collective supremacy of our Eagles Men.
Goals from Matthew Pattinson, Will O’Connell, Ryan Chen, Lachlan Metcalf, and Patrick Schomberg secured a 5-0 victory over Pimpama in a top-of-the-table clash on Tamborine Mountain, before a 2-0 victory over Talley Valley solidified our position at the summit of the table.
We reached the halfway point of the season last week with a late-night clash against Pacific Pines to start the winter period.
Christian Milligan opened the scoring, before a quickfire barrage of goals from Matthew Pattinson, Patrick Schomberg, and Corie Hassell gave us a powerful lead at the break.
Chandler Milligan scored in the second half to confirm a proud 5-0 victory on the road, and our margin at the top of the table extends to four points!
