We have a five-week yoga intensive coming up soon. 

Five weeks of movement, breathwork and meditative practices to target adrenals and the thyroid, helping students raise their vibrations and their vitality. 

Inspired by the barrage of complaints I hear all the time of ongoing exhaustion, not just physical but a soul sapping exhaustion for everything. 

So, we will be working with energy and lifestyle choices to help students raise and shift their vibrational frequencies.

Everything in the universe consists of pure energy, moving, oscillating, and vibrating. We too have a vibrational frequency. 

When you are operating from a place of higher vibrations, your mind is steady, you’re resilient to life’s stressors and people find solace in your company. 

As a result, you feel lighter, happier, and more content.

There are a few easy choices to help you increase your gusto for life:

  • Exercise. Yoga is a great choice at it continually opens the meridian lines of your body and shifts energetic blockages. 
  • Pranayama (yogic breathwork) increases your life force. 
  • Food choices – organic wholefood sustains life, everything else is life sapping. 
  • Choose your company carefully and that includes what you watch on TV and social media. All the dire predictions and visual horrors are carefully curated to keep you in a state of fear. 
  • Spend time in nature. 
  • Mend your sleep patterns so you can detox and heal. 
  • Meditate. Join us to learn a meditation practice that works for you. 

And laugh and love; the cure- all for almost everything!
