Springtime on the Mountain

Springtime on the Mountain

After the chilling winds of winter we are looking forward to the warmth and sunshine of Spring. Springtime on Tamborine Mountain brings with it our keenly anticipated annual Open Gardens Trail. The dates to mark on your calendar are Friday 27th and  Saturday 28th September, 2024.

This year we have six glorious, much loved private gardens open to the public- 4 of which are open for the very first time! Come and enjoy wandering through these varied home gardens- some are on acreage, others are smaller but each is distinctly unique.

There will also be plants for sale and local choirs singing at some of the gardens.

Three of the gardens are at Eagle Heights, two near the Showgrounds whilst another is down the “Goat Track” on the way to Canungra.

When you are ready to stop and rest a while St George’s Anglican Church will be serving delicious Devonshire teas and will have stunning floral arrangements and fabulous botanical artworks.

Or pop into the Botanic Gardens for some sizzling sausages and plant sales from 8am -12noon.

The Showgrounds has ample parking for buses, easy to access toilets and scrumptious food stalls as well.

If you are thinking of picnicking, the  Landcare Centre has picnic tables for your comfort.

Our local cafes and businesses are looking forward to welcoming you too.

So come and celebrate Springtime with us.

Tickets are $20 for the six gardens or pay $5 cash at each garden. Use the QR code on our brochure, go through Eventbrite or to our webpage- www.tamborinemountaingardenclub.org.au.

Do yourself a favour- come, enjoy, relax, refresh and leave inspired.

Springtime on the Mountain 2024 Open Gardens Trail is proudly presented by the Tamborine Mountain Garden Club.
