Sammy the long-haired Chihuahua is sweet and friendly and full of enthusiasm. 

Unfortunately, says Laura McConnell, none of Sammy’s enthusiasm is for education, with him earning a ‘participation’ award at puppy school. 

Sammy four years, knows exactly zero tricks but loves chicken as a treat and participating 100% in life.
