Logo design a winner!

Dwayne Chanter, Shae Lewis, Jools Bruhn and Janice Smart

A CREATIVE design by Tamborine Mountain College student Shae Lewis will be featured on new merchandise for Tamborine Mountain Visitor Information Centre.

Tamborine Mountain Business Chamber, which runs the VIC, ran a competition for high school students and chose Ms Lewis’ design which features an artistic depiction of Tamborine Mountain and incorporates a native red-necked paddymelon.

Ms Lewis created the design by hand and it has been digitally enhanced for use on the merchandise.

She was rewarded with a $500 Mastercard gift card which was presented to her by Chamber executive members at a College assembly.

The design will be part of a new range of t-shirts, badges and hats available for sale in the VIC in coming months.
