TAMBORINE Mountain Arts Collective (TMAC) are calling for artist registrations for the 2025 Tamborine Mountain Arts Trail.
Set to run from Saturday May 3 to Monday May 5, 2025, over the Labour Day long weekend, the Arts Trail, organised by TMAC, is returning after the success of last year’s event.
The 2024 Arts Trail welcomed hundreds of visitors who explored artist studios, attended workshops, and engaged with pop-up exhibitions across the mountain.
The event provided a platform for local artists and creatives to connect with the wider community and showcased the region’s artistic talent and cultural vibrancy.
TMAC president Bronwyn Davies reflected on the success of last year’s Arts Trail, saying the response was incredible.
“We saw such strong community support, and it was inspiring to witness the connections made between artists and audiences,” she said.
“This year, we aim to build on that success and create an even more engaging experience for participants and visitors alike.”
The 2025 Arts Trail promises to be another highlight on the Scenic Rim cultural calendar, inviting artists, musicians, performers, creative groups, venues, and local businesses to take part.
Visitors can look forward to exploring open studios, pop-up exhibitions, outdoor sculptures, and workshops led by local talent.
The Arts Trail is an opportunity to celebrate a diverse range of art forms, including painting, ceramics, sculpture, live music, and poetry. It also fosters valuable community connections, with venues and businesses playing a vital role in supporting and promoting the arts.
Whether you’re an artist, venue, volunteer, or sponsor, now is the time to get involved. Join us in making the 2025 Tamborine Mountain Arts Trail another remarkable celebration of creativity and culture.
