Then make sure you come along to our Christmas Arts Markets at 42, Southport Avenue, Eagle Heights, where you can select unique, hand-crafted, artisan pieces such as, jewelry, paintings, greeting cards, notebooks, woodwork, Christmas-themed items and decorations, to name a few.
The ‘Arts Markets’ is a fundraiser opportunity for TMCCA as a commission on all art sales is donated to the Organisation. Additionally, it provides artists the opportunity to gain exposure by displaying their wares and also have the opportunity of benefiting from sales of their fine work.
Jewelry Workshop
Would you like to learn how to make stunning jewelry? Well, here’s your chance! Jen Wilson will be running jewelry workshops at the TMCCA Christmas Arts Markets on the 9th November 2024. These small class workshops were very popular last year. Jen will be holding two workshops this year. The morning class begins at 10 am and teaches bead-weaving skills – you will make a beautiful pendant. The afternoon class starts at 1 pm and will teach wire-working skills – how to take a piece of copper wire and weave into a stunning bangle. The classes are limited to 5 people so you get individualised attention. They include all materials required, are 2 hours long and cost $55 each or do both if you like for $100!
