The countdown is on for one of Queensland’s premier eventing competitions, with the Queensland International Three-Day Event (QI3DE) set to take place from Friday, July 31 to Sunday, August 2, 2026.
Held in the heart of South East Queensland, the QI3DE attracts riders from across Australia and offers competition opportunities for everyone from emerging grassroots competitors through to Australia’s elite eventing athletes.
With classes ranging from EVQ65 through to the prestigious CCI4-Long*, spectators will have the opportunity to watch the next generation of eventing talent alongside some of the country’s most accomplished horse-and-rider combinations.
The three-day format showcases all three phases of eventing, often described as the ultimate test of the horse-and-rider partnership.
Competition begins on Friday July 31 with the elegance and precision of the dressage phase.
The excitement then builds on Saturday August 1 as competitors tackle the challenging and action-packed cross country course. The event concludes on Sunday August 2 with the thrilling Show Jumping phase, where final placings are decided, and champions crowned.
