Tamborine Mountain Orchestra is proud to present its annual winter concert, Music to Warm the Heart, on Sunday, June 22 at 2:30 PM at TMSHS. This much-anticipated event brings together an exciting lineup of local talent for an afternoon of music, song, and dance to lift the spirits on a cool winter day.
One of the highlights will be a beautiful arrangement of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons: Winter, featuring the incredibly talented flautist Emma in a breathtaking solo performance. Her expressive playing promises to bring Vivaldi’s icy masterpiece to life in a fresh and moving way.
Also taking the stage are well-known Tamborine locals Jamie Lee-Wilson and Forbes McKail, lending their powerful voices to beloved classics, including Let It Go from the movie Frozen, backed by the full orchestra. Their performances are sure to strike a chord with audiences of all ages.
Adding a dynamic visual element, the Tamborine Mountain Dance Academy will showcase a specially choreographed dance performance to Holst’s The Perfect Fool, making this a truly multi-sensory celebration of local arts.
