If you single out individual grasses, even the less ornate ones are photogenic.
This grass is utterly spectacular.
In Australia it is classed as a weed, but the grass is native to Africa, with distinct populations in parts of the West and East of the continent.
I filmed the plot twenty years ago and it has still not been built on.
Grass is an essential food for humans and many animals. Like the sky and the sea, it is one of humanity’s subliminal reference points.
