Tickets are still available for a new country music festival set to bring some of Australia’s biggest names to the Gold Coast hinterland on May 31, with proceeds supporting youth programs.
Set at Woodstock Farm in Tamborine Village, Woodstock Farm Presents: Legends of Country will feature performances by renowned country artists Lee Kernaghan, Troy Cassar-Daley, Casey Barnes and Sara Storer.
The one-day event will also showcase rising acts including former Australian Idol contestant Wesley Deane (Carr), Toyota Star Maker finalist Briana Dinsdale, and local group Rusty Pickups.
The event is being organised by Youth Enterprise Trust (YET), a Queensland-based charity that supports young people through initiatives in environment, education, and entrepreneurship.
Proceeds from the festival will go toward funding the organisation’s programs.
YET spokesperson Don McDonald said the event would celebrate both music and community.
“Woodstock Farm is the perfect venue to showcase the beauty of the Gold Coast hinterland, and we can’t wait to share this unforgettable day with music lovers of all ages,” he said.
“The Legends of Country festival is not just about incredible music, it’s also an opportunity to support youth programs that inspire and uplift the next generation.”
General admission and bus tickets are available through Oztix and the Woodstock Farm website.
