TWO Wolves players have made the cut for the U14 Division 4 Seahawks team. Among them is Beau Fern, a development player attending Tamborine Mountain State School, whose basketball IQ has blossomed under the guidance of the Wolves’ coaches.
“Beau’s dedication and growth as a Seahawk’s representative player has been truly impressive,” remarked Kevin Clarke, his U14s North Gold Coast Seahawks coach.
“With his high basketball IQ and lightning quick speed makes him a formidable presence on both ends of the court. I’ve seen him evolve into a strategic passer with an excellent understanding of the game’s principles. Beau’s future in basketball is bright and I’m proud to have him on the team.”
With the regular season drawing to an exhilarating close and the playoffs on the horizon, anticipation is surging. The true excitement, however, lies ahead at the end of June when these athletes will vie for supremacy at the State Championships, showcasing their indomitable spirit cultivated by both the Wolves and Seahawks organisations.
Tamborine Mountain Basketball remains steadfast in its commitment to nurture Tamborine Mountain athletes and foster excellence on and off the court.
As their athletes gear up for the forthcoming challenges, the Tamborine Mountain community stands ready to support them on this exciting journey.
