Toy Poodle Lucy has not only won the heart of her owner Janice Smart but also guests at the Tamborine Mountain Visitor Information Centre, where she has become an unofficial mascot.

“As my 11-year-old says, ‘How can something so small bring me so much joy?’,” Janice said.
