The Tamborine Mountain Canungra Bushrats Cricket Club is throwing open the gates for our 2025/26 season Try Out & Sign On Day, and we want YOU to be part of it!
Mark the dates: 10am-1pm Saturday 13th at Moriarty Park and Sunday 14th September at the Long Road Sports Complex. Across the two days, we’ll be running a mix of fun activities, friendly games, and information sessions designed to welcome new faces and get our season underway.
We’re looking for players of all ages and abilities—men, women, girls and boys. Whether you’re a junior picking up a bat for the first time, a parent keen to get involved again, or a seasoned player chasing runs and wickets, there’s a spot for you in the Bushrats family.
The Try Out & Sign On Days are the perfect chance to:
- Meet the coaches, captains, and current players.
- Have a go at batting, bowling, and fielding in a relaxed setting.
- Learn about our junior programs, our senior sides, and our growing women’s program.
- Sign up for the season and lock in your place – training is underway!
At the Bushrats, cricket is more than just a game—it’s about community, teamwork, and mateship. Our club prides itself on being welcoming, supportive, and a whole lot of fun, whether you’re chasing trophies or just chasing boundaries on a sunny Saturday.
Parents, bring the kids along—there’ll be games and activities to keep them busy. Adults, bring a mate or two—you might just rediscover the joy of cricket (and maybe even find your cover drive again).
So, dust off the pads, grab your hat, and come join us at Moriarty Park and Long Road Sports Complex on the 13th and 14th of September.
